My husband and I decided to change to Dr. Grifa and concierge medicine. After months of not seeing “our doctor” at a large practice we wanted someone we could see regularly and would know “us” as we are getting older. 

I had completed my paperwork and my first appointment was scheduled. But before that appointment I experienced a problem and called the office. I was told to come in immediately. After a thorough exam and some testing all was fine. 

My first “real” appointment was great, we reviewed my entire history, made some changes to my allergy and asthma treatment which are working. Never felt rushed, I was listened to, and felt we are a team for my healthcare. 

My husband’s appointment was the next week and she asked if I had any concerns about his health. “This” proved we had made the right choice - she knows “us” and will care for us as individuals and a couple. 

Very thankful to have found Dr. Grifa.

NOTE.  Dr. Grifa's practice is Concierge Medicine as of 2024, which means that you pay an up front annual fee, but it is SO worth it.  Appointments are available same day, as Dr. Grifa says "our goal is for you to never have to go to urgent or emergency care."  Appointments are unhurried, and Dr. Grifa really listens.  She has much experience in Family Medicine and her office staff is wonderful.
At the time I wrote this, there was only two other reviews and both of them were by the same person, complaining about a paperwork issue.  Dr. Grifa should have a five star rating.
