I have been a patient of Dr. Marci Nelson's for over 17 years now and I have converted all my family members over to her as well. Dr Nelson is the most professional, personable, kind, caring, highly intelligent, and overall simply AMAZING Dr I have EVER had the pleasure of knowing. She feels like a best friend, a caring ear, gentle advisor, and one of my biggest supporters. She has been with me through the most difficult times in my recent life including the loss of my young son and my father. I appreciate the time she spends truly listening and engaging with me and my stories about my kids, dogs or whatever, all while providing me with superb care. I put all my trust and faith in her for any medical challenge because she has never faltered in providing me with the absolute best care and even her referrals are superb! I simply can not say enough incredible things about Dr Nelson. She is a shining star in a sea of PCP/Dr's. I feel so fortunate that her light shines so brightly on me and my family. PLEASE acknowledge her and her dedicated work as she really deserves it. I also want to say that she has the BEST MA's and office staff as well. They are a reflection of her positive leadership and peaceful demeanor. She radiates kindness and care to all in her view. Thank you for asking me about her service. I could keep going all day but I will leave it for now knowing that I conveyed my truest feelings regarding how much I respect, admire and appreciate Dr. Marci Nelson. Dr Nelson is a fantastic provider. She always listens carefully with respect and considers my thoughts and concerns. I have great trust in her. I had to schedule my appointment several months in advance. Dr's offices are always busy toward the end of the year, I was not bothered by it. I was in the room for more than 15 minutes but that is also not a problem because I know Dr Nelson will take the time she needs to care for me. If her previous appointment ran over time a little bit, I'm actually glad that Dr Nelson gave that person the care that he or she needed. A few extra minutes waiting in the room is preferable to feeling rushed in an appointment and forgetting to ask my questions. I hope Dr Nelson puts off retirement for as long as possible. I will keep coming to her.

Dr. Nelson was phenomenal. She is finding additional ways to connect with her patients by having our appointment recorded instead having to type while we talk. I recognized a huge positive impact on my experience just through her eye contact. Her knowledge is expansive. Her personality and bedside manner is absolutely delightful. She Is thorough. I left feeling so well cared for and the biggest take away was I felt I could trust her. Even the visit notes were incredibly in depth. With all of the effort she pours into seeing patients and being in such high demand, that leaves her limited time for follow up. The only tweak I would want is having a faster turn around time reviewing and responding to blood test results. I recognize it can take up to 3-5 days.

Dr. Nelson is the best doctor that I (and my family) have ever seen. She is typically on time for our scheduled appointments unless there is a medical emergency. She is kind, courteous, respectful, and really listens to what we need as patients of hers. There are so many times that she has clarified the care that I am receiving with other providers that I have been confused about, as well as explained my medications more clearly than other doctors have for me. When I express what is going on, she is compassionate, and it is obvious she cares. She is by far my favorite I have ever worked with. It is a bonus for me that she also treats the rest of my family!

Dr. Marci Nelson and her team are truly INCREDIBLE! I have been a patient of hers for many years, which even included a 4-year relocation to Hawaii and back. My entire family sees her, and I have sung her praises since the first appointment I had with her over 20 years ago. I always feel that I am the only concern she has in the world, listens to every tiny detail of my issues, and shows so much empathy and caring that I truly feel like she is part of my family! I have had the absolute joy of being Dr Marci Nelson's patient for close to 20 years! I have had a variety of health challenges over the years and not only did I receive the most superb care from Dr Nelson and her team, she has incredible contacts and relationships with trusted specialists that match her level of care. Dr Nelson has been my PCP for years now and I could not be more happy with her care. She not only knows my medical history, she knows my family, about my kids & work, and is the best provider anyone could ever wish to have! She is smart, funny, caring and compassionate! I was just really surprised at how quickly they helped me and how they were just really wanted to get to the bottom of my problem and they were just so helpful. And I must say also kind and caring. You don't always see that but everybody at that office seems to have a very nurturing spirit. I transferred here because my sister's been going over 20 years when my doctor retired. Have not regretted it. Everyone I have seen in this Clinic has been so good. I'm very satisfied.

Dr. Nelson was fantastic. She was so kind and courteous. She carefully reviewed my medical chart and listened carefully to my medical questions and needs. She explained everything in terms I could easily understand. She provided some options for my medication In question with a new schedule. This new schedule solves several issues. It was a fantastic appointment and I am so glad I got to see her. She really helped me on a couple of medical issues.

Dr Nelson is one of the many beyond amazing providers at this clinic. I trust her and know my daughter is always getting the most quality care. Dr Nelson gives her time and heart to each patient. She explains everything and makes sure all our questions and concerns are answered. She Is simply a blessing to have as a provider for my daughter.
