As I understand it these questions refer to all the providers I have seen in the last 3 months. During the last 3 months I have seen my primary care physician...who saw me for my annual wellness check up and referred me to a dermatologist for a suspicious mole on my arm. A dermatologist saw me quite quickly (2 business days) and did a biopsy of the mole. The results came back as a melanoma and I was referred to a skin surgeon who performed a surgery to remove the melanoma. That surgeon was very knowledgeable about my cancer and very reassuring when I was told that she had removed all of the cancer. She gave me information on sun screens and sun protective clothing I could find at a couple of internet retailers. She was very clear while explaining the surgery and ascertaining that I understood what all would be done and approved of her going ahead with the surgery. The care I received from start to finish of my cancer diagnosis and surgery was very good. I will be seeing my dermatologist annually from now on.

I feel extremely grateful that I have Dr Jamwal as my Pulmonologist. She's extremely knowledgeable about my issues and always takes enough time to explain things to me which I greatly appreciate. She is The type of doctor that takes the time to listen to me and answer all of my questions. If I don't understand, she explains that again until I do. My ONLY Complaint with PAC MED Is an amount of time it takes to get an appointment. Luckily, on this appointment when I first called, I was told that I could not get an appointment until November and here it was June then I called back and they offered me an appointment at Northgate instead of Canyon Park.

I love Dr Jamwal! She is very thorough. I don't feel rushed when I see her or like I am wasting her time like I do with some other providers at PacMed. I have referred her to 2 of my friends/family so far. Currently she is booked out until May right now and I told my cousin she is well worth the wait and that Specialists usually are booked out ESPECIALLY if they are good. I like how when I told her my nose hurt from the mask, she was able to suggest another type to see if that would help my nose.

My experiences with my care providers have been very good. My Doctors all appear to be good listeners and communicators. Recommendations have been clear and well understood. Test results always have been explained also in a clear manner and any actions detailed. Any concerns I have had have been addressed quickly and any actions Identified as needed. Overall I have no complaints. Thanks!

The visit was great. The MA was rushed and didn't schedule my next appt because he had another patient to see. That disturbed me. In 45 years of nursing, unless it's an emergency, you don't leave a patient hanging. Since I only see Dr Jamwal once a year, remembering to make that appointment is worrisome. I don't doubt he was rushed, but I believe it could've been handled a bit better.

The doctor I see for medications and annual wellness patient check ups does not usually respond to concerns I have about my blood tests. The last 2 months when I would send a message to the doctor, I found out on 2 separate occasions that she was out of the office and would take care of my question when she returned. I have not heard from her this last time.

I really like Dr. Jamwall & think she is very qualified. However, it is very difficult to get appointments with her. To schedule appointments I have had with her has taken periods of time far beyond what is acceptable & safe healthwise for the patient. When I needed help after I began using the cpap machine, it took two weeks. I was having serious issues.

The Dr's at PACMED, along with the staff ( Receptionist, Specialists and Pharmacy) have always been great! I feel and think of them as Family! I recently moved from Lynnwood to Marysville, but I still travel up to an hour and a half for all my Medical Appts! I'm 88yo and I drive myself! Hope I've helped with this contribution!

I loved this doctor! I had to find a new lung specialist. She was wonderful. I am so happy that she is going to be my doctor. But it took too long to get an appointment. It took almost 6 months to get this appointment. I wonder what would happen if I was really sick. That's scary!!!! But I am so glad that she is my doctor
