The staff is just as polite as the doctor. That is Why I feel so so bad about having to ask for financial assistance. You financial assistance department is very rude. The letter and the way they speak to me on the phone when I called. I don't feel bad about asking for for financial assistance, considering that I came down with rheumatoid arthritis after helping to pull a patient up in the bed. My wrist popped and that is when I came down with Rheumatoid arthritis. I filed with Workers Comp it was denied, just like I was denied when the Ceiling Panel fell on my head in the elevator from the from the garage, when I worked there. So I don't feel bad about asking for financial assistance from Good Sam Hospital.
