Dr. Madison Rose Fox, DDS

This dentist is part of an outfit going under the name of Dental Care at Harris Crossing, and I believe from the documents I had to sign, they are are part of a corporation that hires dentists to make profit.   They did not behave in a professional manner during my first visit.  I scheduled a 90 minute visit to do a CLEANING, X rays and checkup.  After the X rays and checking the gums I'm told that they could not do the cleaning, that "they do not guarantee doing the cleaning on the first visit" .  Discussions with the technician and the supervisor (not the doctor) explaining that I had scheduled the complete procedure and that 90 minutes had been allotted for that purpose fell on deaf ears.  Never saw the dentist.  No apologies, no  nothing.  This outfit is not professional and does not value patient's time.

Love the dentist and the Hygienist at Dental Care at Harris Crossing but they just can't seem to get the billing correct. The last time they overcharged me by roughly $300 and admitted to the mistake. Now that they know they overcharged me and said they clearly had an issue you would think they would want to correct it, nope it has to wait until everything else clears before they will resolve the issue. It would not be bad but this is the fourth or fifth billing issue and keep getting told yeah we know...

Dr. Fox is absolutely amazing at Dental Care at Harris Crossing. I cannot explain how long I have been looking for a great dentist, I can tell you that I have finally found one. The caring attitude that the Harris Crossing have is wonderful, they make you feel so welcome. Dr. Fox is thorough in the exam and in explaining to me what I needed to understand my treatment plan. The office is an atmosphere is friendly and they provide exceptional services; Dr. Fox is gentle and skilled. She is highly recommended.
