Dr. Madeline G. Mussman, DO

When Dr Denney left and PA Hipp transferred to a different clinic the nurses recommended Dr Mussman.  It took a while to get in with her  for a new patient visit because they say she spends time listening and those appointments take longer.  Fair enough.  However, her nurse was with me for 20 minutes, Dr Mussman gave me maybe 5 minutes of her time.  She ordered an X-ray for a pain I had, but even then, didn’t listen when I told her 3 times it wasn’t the area she wanted imaged.  Results came back and she had her nurse call me and tell me I had an issue on my left side,  it pain was on left.  
I gave her a second try a few weeks later and she had an intern doing her initial visits.  He reads me the radiologist report from prior visit, tells me nothing was noted on left side, it was the right.  Dr Mussman comes in and spends 5 minutes talking to the intern and once again, doesn’t listen to what I’m explaining.  Orders an MRI, claims she’s asking them to image where I’m complaining about.  Nurse calls who report and tells me nothing is seen on either side SI joints…even though I was explicit in the fact that I have no pain there.  When I read the report for myself, Dr Mussman never mentioned the area of my concern in her request, meaning she is too arrogant to listen to her patient’s concerns and thinks she knows better than the person in pain.
I have lost complete confidence in this office and will not go back.
