Mackenzie Anderson was wonderful! She engaged with my son during his appointment and built a relationship with him before examining him - putting him at ease and promoting a healthy provider and patient relationship. She spoke directly to him and listened intently. She was incredibly professional and explained exam findings, differential diagnoses, and treatment options thoroughly. She spend a lot of time with us and made sure we understood everything prior to leaving the clinic.
