Not at all helpful, doesn't want but a 10 minute visit and out the door. Prx are so hard to get too. Referrals for colonoscopy turned into a 4 month nightmard. Need to find a PCP that really cares. Blew out my right ear drum with a waterpik and never applogized. Ear drum transplant never took. How much is your hearing worth? Listen to me, find another doctor.

I've been a patient of Dr. Galang for over 3 years and I actually stopped going to her for a year due to insurance change but then went back to her and that was the stupidest thing I could've ever done. The staff is rude 90% of the time, the wait is horrible I sometimes question whether I really need to make an appointment because of the long wait, and then once you're seen its for a good 10 min and you're out the door.  I had to tell them once to not rush me, I had some questions and concerns so to at least give me the courtesy of doing their job and listen to the patient.  I called today 9/27/18 to see if the Dr. can authorize my refills and it took me 3 tries before I can speak to anyone, then when I finally did the lady that answered literally yelled, "Galang's office" she couldn't understand English that well so I told her never mind and hung up. I am on the search for a new Dr.!
