I've been a patient of Dr. Lori's for several years and was referred to her because she IS an excellent diagnostician. HOWEVER, I'm unclear why she's even practicing -- considering she barely has any office hours. So if you have a real emergency -- Dr. Lori is M.I.A.  It's really unacceptable for a physician! And the wait time in her office can be very long--that's IF you can actually GET an appointment. I don't get sick often but on the few occasions I was really sick -- I was advised by her staff to go to ER or urgent care. This is unacceptable!! On one occasion I was even hospitalized!! I had no choice but to leave her practice. The staff gets cranky because of the stress put on them by the fact that patients are upset they can't get an appointment. The office is in dire need of an update and is still decorated in 70s style furniture. And the music played in the FRIGID waiting area appeals to those in the 90+ age range. It's almost as if the Richwines out of touch with reality about the environment patients need. Also, fact that the waiting area is DOWNSTAIRS and the reception desk and examining rooms are UPSTAIRS are a total disconnect! Once you're trapped in the lower level waiting to see the doctor you don't have any feeling as to whether they know you're still there. It's bizarre that it's is like this -- especially in light of the fact that there's plenty of room downstairs for a reception area.
