Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD)
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, or ADHD, is one of the most common disorders diagnosed in children. Nine percent of children in the USA have been diagnosed with ADHD. I would rate it a zero if I could. I called Dr. Crow's office and requested to get an appointment for my son as we were new to the area. The receptionist did not want to set up an appointment. Okay.....It was apparently too much of a hassle for her to do it and also for her to be welcoming to a potential new patient. He has BC/BS and he was in the system as he had been to SSM urgent care before. Very unprofessional and strange experience. I decided not to stay on the phone with her and find a doctors office that was actually interested in seeing patients.
