Lizmary Armstrong, CNM

Lizmary Armstrong, CNM, is a certified nurse midwife and registered nurse with extensive experience in maternal and critical care. She received her advanced clinical training from Frontier Nursing University, where she participated in more than 50 deliveries. Her foundational nursing education was completed at the University of Puerto Rico in Humacao. Lizmary specializes in high-risk pregnancies, post-C-section recovery, fetal heart monitoring, and childbirth education. She previously served as a registered nurse at AdventHealth, where she supported antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and newborn patients. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys crafting, reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
