Lisa Heidi Shulman, MD, is Professor of Pediatrics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Since joining the Montefiore team, her clinical focus has been on the early identification and long-term management of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), as well as improving access to care for our community, identification and management of early motor delays and toe walking gait. In 1983, Dr Shulman received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics/Psychology at Brown University. She then attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, where she received her Doctor of Medicine in 1987.
