My 7 yo daughter started coughing and wheezing on Sunday, 10/08/23, and her symptoms worsened over the next day. I called Sharp and was able to get an appointment in the After Hours Clinic with Dr. Lisa Reed. It was our first time seeing Dr. Reed and she is absolutely the BEST pediatrician I have ever encountered. The entire from the time we checked in until we left was almost 2 hours. Dr. Reed is so thorough during the visit, took her time to not only explain my daugther's symptoms and diagnosis, but actually SHOWED me. She walked through in details her treatment plan, ordered chest X-rays to r/o pneumonia STAT, and was kind enough to recognize that my daughter's albuterol inhaler was empty to replace with a brand new one. When the Xrays were ready in time, she followed up with a call for the results and went through the trouble of having a follow up appointment scheduled for my daughter in 2 days. She is such a blessing.
