I had a fine experience at the office and with Dr. Clark herself, HOWEVER when trying to get my medication which was prescribed by Dr. Clark herself (denied by insurance) appealed to the insurance company I was told that they don't do appeals because its never been successful before. I would encourage anyone who needs help with insurance claims to not go here because it seems like they are uninterested in helping you meet your health goals unless you are an "easy" patient. The receptionist told me that if she even brought up appeals to Dr. Clark that she would just say Nope she doesn't do them and that I would have to schedule a different appointment just to ask for an appeal. I will now be finding a separate doctor who is willing to go to bat for me and my health goals.
Dr. Clark is an exceptional person who is open and informative. I've had only positive interactions with her and her team.
