I just called to book an appointment and she told me the fees which arent covered by insurance, which is fine. I tried to say thank you and have a nice day and she hung before I got to say have a nice day. Kind of rude. Do better. Thanks and have a nice day.
I like Dr. Lily Lee, she's great, friendly and very informative. She's good at what she does. I give her 5 star alone. (one star for the staff) Her staff are not easy to deal with specially over the phone. I was placed on hold few times for a long period of time (by Angelina) and I never heard back from her. I had to hang up and call back. This is lame and unprofessional. Been waiting for my MRI approval for almost 2 weeks now. I called few times to follow up I was told that the nurse is working on it (whenever I call). When I was at their clinic Dr. Lily Lee told me that it usually take a couple days. I assumed I would get a call by Monday or Tuesday after my visit. Unfortunately it never happened. I had to call the Beverly Hills office to complain about this delay. Her staff doesn't have the sense of urgency and they are pretty lame.
