She was kind and all routine except the nurses asked me questions about past SA in front of husband. I have nothing to hide from him, but felt I should have been asked if I wanted to be alone. Unfortunately I had a silent miscarriage and she along with staff, were attentive in office when breaking the news and discussing treatment options. I am leaving a one star review due to my follow up visit after the use of mifepristone at home, as well as the end of my previous visit. I had almost walked out the door before the nurse caught me and asked me to come back. They almost sent me home to have the medical induced abortion at home without administering the RhoGAM shot. At my follow up visit, she asked if it worked, I replied that yes it did. I followed up by expressing how it was much more painful than I had been lead to believe and all I received from her was a nod and uncomfortable smile. I get that ob’s deal with miscarriage and medical abortions more often than their patients, but she completely dismissed me sharing the physical pain I experienced. I no longer see her as I do not want that lack of compassion or communication when one day delivering my child.
