Three times I tried to get an appointment with Dr Perla, first time waited 2.5 hours for her call before I gave up, then booked an in person visit, only to be called 45 minutes before my appointment time and be told she had an emergency and would not be in. Today was supposed to be my 2nd attempt at a phone appointment, only to wait for 1.5 hours for her call that never came before I gave up and went back to work. I've cancelled 6 different clients for these appointments, apparently only HER time matters, not the patients. I am finding another provider and will pass this on to my GP so he will stop recommending her.
