I was concerned initially when Dr. Merlo taked of "biopsying" my tumor, which I have taken out several times before. However he assured me that was just terminology and he would be able to make my gum look normal again, as ever other surgeon had with this issue. However, he left far too much, and even after the surgery I still had a lot of growth visible. 2 years later its worse then it has ever been, when before this, the average regrowth time had been around 3 years. I will never go back and I am extremely upset that I have to have this procedure again so soon unnecessarily.
