I had an 11:30 appt & she called at 11:30 when i was down the street & cancelled my appt bc she had a flight to catch. This was a planned trip & i was her last appt for the day. If she was supposed to leave for the airport at 11:30, then an 11:30 appt should have never been scheduled. What happened to a 10-15 min grace period. Needless to say, this left me in a situation to suffer discomfort and pain for 5 days until she would return. She would not refer me to another trusted Chiropractor either. Total let down and loss of trust. My most unprofessional experience with a doctor ever. This office is quite unconventional.
