Dr Swift provides a full range of health care to children from birth through age 18. She enjoys all aspects of pediatrics, including seeing healthy children grow through the vast developmental and physiologic changes of early childhood through adolescence, as well as partnering with families to navigate times of illness. She has a special interest in helping families and children affected by chronic medical needs and offers a holistic approach to the care of every patient. In her free time, she enjoys trail running, gardening, exploring local farms and farmers' markets, cooking family dinners and making silly faces with her children.
