No respect for a patient’s time. I had the first appt of the day at 9:00 AM. I arrived at 8:50AM. I was brought to an exam room and sat there in there for 45 minutes with no acknowledgement. In the meantime I heard several other exam room doors open and close and people being greeted.

If a patient can respect your time you should respect theirs!
