Lackluster doctor- doesnt care about improvement of patients - gives ethnic patients sub- par care than white patients . Also the information is incorrect he's not heart failure doctor but a cardiology doctor.

Dr. Liao (pronounced like cow but drop the c and use the l.
He is one of the best doctors that I have ever met. He has been my doctor for maybe 15 years with a world of knowledge. Dr. Liao certainly checks off all of the boxes. He is very personable when talking and explaining things to you. He is so very friendly and his personality puts one at ease as he never tries to do a rush job even with his busy schedule. The staff is excellent in every way, making phone calls, leaving messages, never complaining when we forget an appointment. You get the feeling that all of the staff took courses in warm professional patient interaction. No complaints, no long waiting periods and Dr. Liao is so in tuned to your concerns and questions. His BIO is very impressive as I just learned about after all of these years but he was put in my life for a reason and I never questioned he credentials but not surprising at all. I highly recommend this fine man that lives up to who he is as a wonderful person. One should be so blessed to have him on your side. Thank you God.   William Cooper
