Forgot to add that at 30 days Laura Woodward LPC, who claimed to be the lead therapist, refused to release custody of our child back to his parents and 3 siblings. She and Marlena Romero LCSW (clinical director) both said that we should give up our child to foster care. We wonder if Laura's and Marlena's recommendation for foster care comes out of spite from working with a child with 2 fathers. Laura Woodward LPC and Marlena Romero LCSW finally released our child but only after we contacted local media and law enforcement of a possible kidnapping. PATIENTS BEWARE!!!

Our child became more angry and violent, ran away more, and had worsened sexualized behavior because of this incompetent, babysitting “therapist”. Instead of being honest with parents about your lack of experience with my child’s issues Laura covered up her incompetence by blaming us parents and giving us a 30-day notice to remove our child over the holidays. Laura even told us to give up our child to foster care. One wonders if her vindictiveness stemmed from a child with 2 Dads? Our 11 yo child ballooned from 80lbs to 120lbs in a few months. Laura even doubled his medications. Maybe easier for Laura to warehouse children?  Laura removed my child’s diagnosis made by psychiatrists in multiple states. Why? To create the facade that you treated our child’s issues when you truly aggravated them? 
From Laura’s maltreatment, our child was rejected from over 40 RTCs in the US. Finding a new RTC for our child that was aggravated from your maltreatment was extremely difficult. Your handling of our child was completely inappropriate. Laura is a manipulating, vindictive, babysitter masquerading as a therapist and must be investigated for illegal practices.
