Today when trying to make an appointment for me and my wife, they couldn't find her records and said she would have to be seen as a new patient in November (it's currently September). I said I might as well find a new doctor and you could almost hear the shoulder shrug. They couldn't care less, weren't interested in finding wife's records. This was my third bad experience with the front desk and so after 16 years, it's goodbye to Dr. Laura from us and you would be well advised to find a doctors office that actually cares.
