I'm very sad that Dr. Ertugay is leaving Swedish. She is a most excellent provider, and it is a terrible loss for Swedish and her patients. I will maintain contact with her and seek her out in her new practice to reestablish care with Dr. Lane Ertugay. I am 75 years old, and she has been my doctor since she arrived at Swedish 12 years ago. Having had the best care ever from a physician, at my age I'm going to stick with her.

Dr. Ertugay is an absolute incredible provider. She listens so well, and takes her time to ask specific questions. I have seen Dr. Ertugay for 10 years now, and every visit I have with her is extremely positive. She provides the best care I have ever received. Dr. Ertugay has provided me excellent medical care. She knows my issues and we discuss them regularly, but mostly over My Chart, which I prefer. However, if an office visit is necessary, it is easily arranged. I am very sorry to see her leave Swedish. She is an exceptional physician and may be difficult to replace.

Dr. Ertuguy is wonderful. The most difficult part is scheduling an appointment. Nobody seems to answer the phone in a timely manner. This is a problem related to primary care. Scheduling a mammogram is easier. My mother is a patient in oncology and they answer the phone promptly.
