She is always prepared for the office visit by knowing what has occurred in the past.  She is quick to pick up on issues and make referrals to other offices when the issues are outside her scope of practice.  Dr. Parsumarthy is encouraging, but at the same time honest when speaking with the client.  I have been very pleased with the care she has provided.
