Very bad clinic they do not care about patients appointments or communication with patients. I had an appointment with Dr Bakhtari for myself and two other family members that was made more than a month and half ago and they did not care about effectively communicating to change appointment because doctor got not available at the Appoitment time. When I tried calling today, May 12, 2025. That person who answered (I believe e called Brianna?) was not of help even finding another doctor or another branch, them I asked for the supervisor, she transferred me to a number that is not working and then line got disconnected. Very bad!!!!!

Chose this Dr. as my PCP.  Went there for an annual physical and brought my medical file.  Instead of doing a physical, she took one look at my cholesterol number and ordered a battery of tests which I'd just had done the previous year.  When I tried to postpone the tests, her office called and sent letters badgering me to reschedule the tests.  Finally, in August, I received a letter stating she was no longer going to accept me as a patient.  This doctor is a bully and too aggressive in ordering expensive and unnecessary tests.  When I called to schedule the tests, no one would return my calls.  I called three times within a week and no response.  If this is the way she treats all of her patients, I'm surprised she has any patients at all.
