After a rupture of my colon and initial hospital stay in March of 2022, Dr Suh was assigned to my care. I had never had a medical emergency of this caliber and was quite scared. From my initial treatment,which involved the instillation of a JP drain, to the first surgery which resulted in an illeostomy , to the stomach aftercare and education, to the final restorative surgery and after care, Dr Suh and the team and Riverside and Riverside Surgical Associates treated me with dignity, respect, professionalism and skill. At no point in the process, which mind you I was fully unfamiliar with emergency medical care or surgical care, did I ever feel that I could have been in better hands. I truly feel as though Dr Suh was the best choice for my care.
