Dr Gill is fine but CPAP equipment supplier (Apria) she uses is unprofessional, difficult to contact and makes it difficult to view patient's account on their website. Apria once charged me for a machine that broke. It was supposed to be free. They send one invoice by mail, and if it gets lost in the mail, they send their collections department in.  Their email "invoices" do not give amount due or due date, but only a link to their web site, which is a challenge to access.  Rather than a simple password sign-in, they require an account number and reference number.  After 5 years, I have yet to figure out where the reference number comes from as it changes each time. Dr Gill's staff tells me if I want to change supplier I must do it on my own, which includes contacting the less-than-transparent, less-than-user-friendly Apria.
