I'm very pleased, with my healthcare that I've had experienced in the last year, which I've experienced visits to the hospital and being referred to specialist I feel my doctors been amazing, and helping navigate to the correct specialists to help in my medical needs. I highly recommend Dr. Legrand. She's been very informative and supportive which I cannot express how much I appreciate it. I have had positions in the past who are ready to take maybe two minutes to go over what you were there for in the first place, and would feel leaving like they were just pushing a prescription onto you, and not really answering other methods of treatment which was felt very dismissive and at times you're thinking I'm not here for medication I'm here to find out why this is happening. Is there something I could be doing in my environment to help myself in better managing whatever it is that I'm going through in general. But with Dr. La Grand she spends the time to go over what a treat my plan would look like from A to Z so what time you leave I feel comfortable and well informed and a picture my next steps forward to being healthier and how I can do things to help me in the future since I am 65 that is very important to me because I'm like living alone as I can and with her on my side, I feel she gives me a lot of information to digest that is actually helpful and easy to implement into my daily life.

Dr Legrande is amazing! You can tell she really cares about her patients and takes their well being seriously. Every interaction I've had with the staff at this office has been a positive one and I can't say enough good things about the group that you have at this office. I know how difficult things have been for those in healthcare the last few years but the crew at this location have always been positive, caring and made my healthcare a top priority.

Dr. Legrand has always been great to work with when my wife or I have a medical concern. She has always been available either in person or on-line to help with a medical condition or question. She always takes time to explain a medical condition and the action needed to address it. We've worked with other doctors at other clinics or private practices over many years - Dr. Legrand is among the best based on our experience.

This was the third time in the past few years that I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Legrand. She was very helpful and patient with me. This was my first visit with Dr. LeGrand as my PCP. Despite that, she was familiar with my medical background and health care issues. Dr Legrand is caring and patient with my mother-in-law whom has Dimencha and can get agitated easily. She expressed concern for my husband and weather we had enough support for the difficult task of care. We feel more at ease knowing that we have Dr LaGrand and her staff to support us.

The mechanism to schedule an appointment was easy to use. Problem was I had to wait six weeks. I tried to get in earlier for this injury with other docs on Vancouver and they were also booked up with longer waits.Dr LeGrand is a wonderful provider. You need to clone her.

Dr. LaGrand has always been very caring and attentive to my needs. There was one time when I was waiting to be seen and I heard one assistant say to another referring to me ( "she has memory problems") As I could hear her so could anybody in the waiting room hear her.
