I had the worst experience I could imagine at this clinic. I was forced to make two appointments and never received the service I asked for. When I was finally "attended," I never saw the specialist in person because she was "stuck in traffic" and "saw" me via video. This process took 3 hours and nothing was done. Never returning and would never recommend them to anybody.
They ask you for a cc to put on file so that they can charge u $50 a year to pay for any prescriptions you may need. Last I checked my copay covered that. It just felt like a rip off to me. Also, staff isn't friendly At all.
