Kerry was awesome! I spent 6 weeks with her doing therapy for my hand and she was so much fun to talk to during our sessions. She is an expert at what she does and extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. All the exercises and stretching she did absolutely contributed to my speedy recovery and I thank her for that! Don't hesitate to see her! Fly high Kerry!

I visited Kerry Demers because I was having problems with wrist tendonitis. She was a nice person, and the office and my appointment were fine, but the actual care I received was unacceptable. After measuring my wrist strength she announced that she didn't remember what the number meant and had to check on Google to see whether it was in the normal range. I thought that was pretty unusual and did not inspire confidence. Her conclusion was that I was weak, and she gave me putty and explained exercises that I was to do in order to get better, but the putty was way too resistant for the state of my wrists, and the exercises made my injury worse. A while after that appointment, I went to a different hand therapist, to whom I showed this putty I'd received and who confirmed that it was way too resistant for my abilities. The new therapist (I chose Kelly Belinsky in Brookline) gave me an appropriate putty and exercises I could do with them, and now I am better. So, if you have hand/wrist issues and want to get better without surgery, physical therapy may be a good option, but my advice to anyone reading this is find someone else!
