I've done my 6 month checkup and cleanings for the past few years and I tend to leave with a bad experience. The friendliness of the staff is hit or miss. One particular hygienist was very rough, so much so I called the following day to speak to Dr. Lopez and asked to make a note in my file never to have her clean me again. The following checkup, 6 months later, was not a good one. The entire staff was not friendly, especially Dr. Lopez. My family and I no longer go here. She's not the only Dentist around.
