He had no bedside manner at all, no greeting, nothing. And that was at 1st visit. But I figured I could ignore his disinterest if he was able to help me. But now I'm in worse pain than when I first met with him. Plus his male nurse injured me further by manhandling me off the table after my spinal injection; he grabbed me by the right hip after I told him that was my bad hip. He did not have permission to touch me, yet he dragged me off the table because I was too slow since there was no step for me to get on or off table. Dr Hagan was in the room during this; said and did nothing! I sent one message of complaint to Dr Hagan 2 weeks after my procedure on the Patient Portal, and got no response. I then sent another complaint mid-January; again, he did not respond. I would not return to his office--I don't recommend him at all!! He does not care.
