The office staff is clueless about dealing with insurance claims.They gave me the wrong info on what was and what was not covered through my plan.Then they billed the insurance co. multiple times for the procedure with different codes each time never getting it right,and being denied payment each time.The person that I spoke with at the insurance co. about this told me if someone had spoke with them about this that it could have been dealt with properly and they would have been paid,and I would've had the implant that was covered through my plan.Instead, after being upset about what had happened and expressing my displeasure by saying that his office staff  is incompetent,which by the way I feel is accurate,I was kicked out of his office.If I could give this dentist less than 1 star I would.This ranks as one of the worst experiences of my life.He should be ashamed of treating a patient the way he treated me
