Went to this group for over a year. Last 6 months went down hill fast. Repeatedly "forgot" to send in prescription for medication for myself or one of my twins. When I called I was told that it was my fault for not having enough medicine on hand to get me through them not sending in the prescription; this threw me into a manic anxiety crisis, I was told that Dr. Hopper nor any of the NPs would speak with me, that I could leave a message with the office staff and they would give it to him, and then someone from the office staff would call me back. Office manager was rude and disrespectful, and hung up on me 3 times during this; my pharmacist had to get involved and threaten to call the board of medicine for malpractice to get them to send over the prescriptions! Cancelled appointments at the last minute, then seem put out that you could not drop everything and come right then for them to "squeeze you in". Was told on Thursday that they were no longer doing Friday appointments and I would need to schedule another appointment for 2 weeks later, even though I was running out of medicine, and was then told that it was my fault for not having enough medicine on hand. Saw 3 different NPs and only saw Dr. Hopper once.
