It's truly unfortunate if the dentist is great because trying to book an appointment is AWFUL. First contact, the gal was a basketcase and couldn't tell me if they were in-network even though they are listed as in-network. She talked all over the place and around and was completely confusing for no reason whatsoever. Then trying to book through their text system was annoying. They have limited availability and can't work with people's work schedules. Nothing about my multiple contacts made me feel like they were competent.
