I have been to a few chiropractors over the last 30 years.  None of them compare to Dr. Kelly Lardi, none.  He is the most knowledgeable and kind person I have ever met.  He understands the workings of the body like no other.  Simple recommended exercises made a huge difference for my back.  I perform these exercises every morning.  I absolutely notice a difference when I don't perform do the exercises.  I see Dr. Lardi for regular adjustments.  My back hasn't felt this good in over 20 years.
