Dr Kozeny failed to recognize a cancerous growth and did not remove enough of it: the report mentions cancer cells at the base and border of the sample.
During surgery to remove a sebaceous cyst, he and his assistant did not wear face masks and keep talking  close to the open incision even after I requested them not to talk  there. Risk to my health is significantly higher because of these concerns.
