I contacted them to make my appointment and gave them my insurance details . After receiving treatment they asked me to pay in full and they will submit to insurance and I will be reimbursed as soon as AETNA approved the visit. they claimed it would take 3 business days for the authorization. one week later I contacted them and after going back and forth they said they didnt accept insurance . I checked with AETNA and they never submitted a claim or authorization request . they basically lied. the person that answered the phone was rude and unprofessional .
