Had my husband take the day off to take the kids today for their dentist appointments that I set up a couple weeks ago. He gets there and they tell him the appts are next week. I look in my email and am staring at the confirmation that the appointments are today. This happened before where I showed up with a child and they said there was no appt. I threw a fit so they squeezed us in. Try calling, no one ever answers you always need to leave a message. I love the dental assistant but the dr lacks bedside manner, which I could deal with if everything else was good. Oh, and they have a ridiculous $50 fee if you cancel in less than 24 hours, which with young kids i think is just wrong.  My anger has won against my laziness and I switched to a different dentist today.
