It takes months for an appointment time to open up and even then you are more than likely going to be told at the last second, like I was on two separate occasions, that "the Doctor had to leave for the day due to an emergency". Additionally I had hundreds of dollars worth of bills go to collections because their office decided, for no apparent reason, to no longer charge my health insurance for the services I received. The customer is not always right here, which is a genuine shame considering it costs like $300-$400 for a chance at 40 minutes of this doctor's time.
