Karen does not take the time to listen to her patients: concerns, questions, symptoms and assumes she knows everything without taking the time to hear people. She is a recent grad and the lack of skill in that area makes her a liability and a safety concern to patients and their unborn babies. She rolls her eyes, she smirks and laughs if she doesn't agree with your concerns. You cannot teach empathy and without empathy you have to further question her clinical skill. No one should be left in tears after an appointment and be left feeling unheard and invalidated.
