Firstly they stated they do not take my insurance, however they bill the company and insurance site states they do accept them and pay. 
Secondly they bill my insurance company for procedures not done.
Thirdly they schedule my for a appoinment and when i show up they never did a confirmation call the day before and never had me for that day.
Last time i go here.
