Dr.Willingham is very knowledgeable and through when explaining cholesterol, diet and how genetics play a part in your individual health. She printed out information on cholesterol & foods to eat or avoid which will help me choose my meals. She didn't rush in then out, she took time with me and I felt she listened to my concerns then explained everything to me. NGPG is very lucky to have such a experienced and dedicated physician on their staff.
