I believe the provider unstood and coverd everything that needed to be coverd and was very pleasant abd respectful. However I had to call to make the appointment I never got a call from them.im currently waiting for a call about a scheduled sleep test and test results from a blood test. Also I don't think the provider took me serious about possibly having REM sleep behavioral disorder. Just because I'm younger. I don't know what manifesting ailment exactly means. All I know is my symptoms and that's what I tell my doctors. I let them do the rest. Honestly Mr. Bell was a awesome provider. I'd recommend him to everyone.

My PCP entered a referral for this appointment on a date (I don't have this in front of me), but it was almost a year until I was contacted by the office for this appointment. When I asked about this with the doctor, he gave me empathy, a reasonable explanation, a commitment to do better now with better staffing, and a sincere apology. AND then I received a call from the center to schedule a follow-up within the next week. I was impressed, and have been won back over into being a happy customer/patient.

Oroginally went in to talk about my sleep apnea but my primary doctors advised me to discuss another health issues that was more time sensitive. And he had no Issues helping me with It.. I Appreciated the way he took the time to explain all of my treatment options regardless of insurance paying or if I was compatible he told me about all options and in detail . He also patiently listened to my questions and answered them with thoroughness. Overall the visit went well

I was very happy with the outcome of my last visit. I was given a script to help out my spots ulcers in my mouth. Dr. Bell was the first provider to come up with a solution to the spots ulcers, I had seen 3 other providers that knew about the sores in the past 3 months and not one had any idea what should be done. I really appreciate Dr. Bell and his methods. He deserves a certificate of outstanding service!!

I do not know Dr. Bell yet as it was my first visit with him so it would not be fair to rate him based on that but I gave him an 8. My first impression was very, very positive so II am hopeful that he can help me with my sleep apnea. I did hear from others that he is very good so I will expect that as I get to know him more.
