Dr. Julia Beth Finkelstein, MD, MPH

Dr Julia Beth Finkelstein is the Director of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety in the Department of Urology. She is a pediatric urologist and clinical researcher formally trained in quality improvement methodology and measurement. Dr Finkelstein graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornell University and earned her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. She completed her 6-year urology residency training at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. During her 3-year pediatric urology fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital, Dr Finkelstein completed a fellowship in patient safety and quality improvement through Harvard Medical School and obtained a Master of Public Health degree at the Harvard T.H.
