I found Jui Lien Chen via the Aetna portal and when I called she did a quick intake and assessed my needs. Upon knowing my severity she booked me same day and accommodated a sooner schedule when I reached out. Upon arrival all the processes where explained, at multiple points in the visit she asked if I was okay and made sure to check on me. This is a family office and her nephew (licensed as well) checked me in and took my vitals. He was very respectful and gave me advice on how to improve my condition. The whole time I felt cared for and reassured. I would 100% recommend this facility to anyone that is needing their service.
