I love this doctor however it is almost impossible to get an in person visit with her. I have gone to urgent care before and was told to follow up with my PCP (Dr McKenzie) in a week to see if my lungs were sounding better from pneumonia, when I called to make that appointment all I was offered was virtual visits. How can you do a lung check virtually? Scheduling staff almost gate keeps in person appointments and is rude if you point out that your concern isn’t appropriate for virtual.

She is friendly and down to earth. Listens and spends time with each patient. She truly cares about each individual. Highly recommended!
