I went back 2 times after operation on leg (big hole not stitched properly) he said that was not his work........poorly stitched, was infected (he scraped it) said it was ok would take longer to heal.  The next day I went to my primary and it was seriously infected from not being stitched properly.  Primary immediately gave me a shot and antibiotics and had to return next day for another shot.  As looking at the hole today on the front of my leg, I could have went to a blind Dr (could have done better)
